I had joined the organization as Team Lead and over the years, progressed through the roles of Associate Manager, Manager and Senior Manager. Currently, I am heading end-to-end program management and delivery responsibilities for a large Global program as Global Program Lead with a large cross-functional team with extensive focus on digital transformation using RPA and AI. During my tenure, I have managed multiple multi-million dollar projects and programs on application development and maintenance, production support and digital operations among others. I have led and managed teams of varying sizes and engaged in vendor management and development activities such as evaluating their proposals, participating in techno-commercial negotiations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities. In between I was deputed to Chicago, USA for a multi-million global program for 2 years. My key deliverable has been to ensure all projects/programs are delivered on-time, budget, quality and in line with stakeholder expectations. I have demonstrated leadership and accountability for strategy planning, project planning, resource management, technical / process improvements, cost optimization, vendor management, quality assurance, stakeholder and team management.A typical project/program life cycle involves requirement analysis/gathering, estimations, resource allocation, solution architecture, testing and release/go-live.

While in IBM, I was primarily involved in 2 key projects – TAPS (Total Accounts Payable System) and BMP (Business Maintenance Platform). As Lead Developer for TAPS, designed and developed in VB and created analysis design document post requirement gathering. In project BPM, I was the System Analyst, engaged in developing the work estimations, resource allocation, coordination between India and US teams, and tracking the work executed through Release MPP.

Worked on various projects during my tenure and my key role and responsibility was to ensure all deliveries are within committed timeframes and as per quality defined. I was in UK for two years part of assignments.Activities included providing technical support to team members, preparation of component specifications, screen designing, preparation of stored packages/procedures/test plans, unit& link testing, coding, report creation, impact analysis of database and more.

This was the start of my career and I was involved in Expense Control System project for a client. My responsibilities included developing the system, data download/upload, report generation, implementation and site user support.
