1. Responsible Talent Aquitaion for entire plant level.2. Responsible for preparation of training calendar of site based on corporate Training calendar & ensure training as per Training calendar.3. Responsible to ensure timely completion of evaluation Trainee / probationer’s confirmation appraisal and ensure on time distribution of confirmation / extension letters. 9. Responsible to support HR head in ensuring statutory compliance.10. Preparing HR MIS.
