JOB PROFILE & SKILLS• Preparing & submitting all work inspection test reports.• Review & analysis all MEP drawing materials, schedule/program of work.• Attending weekly & monthly meeting with consultant, main sub-contractors. • Preparing monthly, weekly report & reported with MEP manager & construction manager • Material/work inspection to inspect with consultants • Experience into High rise residential, commercial, data centers, Airport projects. • Project management, design coordination, Drawing, review, RFI.• Site supervision and inspection.• Quality control and assurance.• Cost estimation and budgeting.• Collaboration and communication with architects, contractors, PMC and clients.• We team work accordingly to ensure that the project is completed on time.• Mobilization of site Installation & Commissioning of construction Power system. Preparation of work Men Power mobilization plan.• Quantity surveying for requirement of various, items, assisting purchase department in procurement.• Proper storage of material and inventory control Supervision of day to day installation work as per drawing and protocol Preparation of bills .• Preparation of Sub contractor Bill. • Capable of handling task with little supervision• Keeping the team motivated towards work.• Meeting with the client and concluding the work.• Verifying contractor’s bill.
