Fund administration : private equity hedge fund , fund accounting alternative investment funds , investran, Geneva, PAXUS ,kapital Bloomberg etc.1•Review and sign off NAV and Financials of the Private equity and Hybrid Funds that include recording Journal Entries, preparing monthly/ Quarterly/Annual Financials, processing payments, preparing investor notices and various client reporting.2•Review Capital Call and distribution workings along with notices and release to respective investors.3•Manage end execute conversion of Private Equity Funds from other accounting applications to another applications .4•Develop various KPIs to be followed and ensure all necessary controls are put in place in the process.5•Manage work allocation among the team and ensure back up and BCP plans are in place.6•Identify and implement process improvement techniques to improve the process efficiency and team productivity.7•Managing the client relationships for the Funds and individually handle the deliverable requirements on daily/weekly/monthly/ Quarterly basis.8•Liaising with Onshore team, clients and Auditors on various requirements and ensure all supports are provided to the auditors to get the financials approved on the agreed timeline.9•Liaising with multiple stake holders in the organization and ensure the tight deadlines are met.10•Onboard new PE/Hybrid Funds in the accounting platforms (Investran, Geneva and kapital).11•Onboard Investors in Investran and maintain their records .12•Migrate Funds from different accounting platforms to Investran, kapital and Geneva.13•Develop customized reports in Investran to support the client requirements.14.Understand and complete adhoc requests from clients.

Strong understanding of credit risk fundamentals along with exposure in performing risk analysis using universal methods such as Porter's five forces model.11.Ability to draft effective analytical reports/decks encompassing financial commentary, industry research, and hypothetical model case scenariosusing secondary research and other databases.12.Analyzing the financial covenants applicable to the borrower.13.Strong understanding of calculating IRR and various valuation techniques like DCF, Peer multiple.14.
