Current● Streamlined pick and delivery operations, improving effectiveness and generating revenue. Managed facility and FE to ensure consolidated commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction.● Responsible for the entire operations of South Delhi Stations.● Responsible For Smooth Operations, Inventory Control, Cash Management, Store Administration etc.● Responsible for ensuring the management of deliveries from suppliers and the dispatch of goods is both timely and efficient and complies with service level agreements.● Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.● Handling an entire team of branch (120+ Delivery Executive).● Maintaining day end report on daily basis and send to Area mangers.● Maintaining MIS on daily basis.● Managing attrition rate of employees.● Training and development of teams.● Ensuring smooth operations on and off the floor.● Ensuring exceptional customer service experience for each customer every time.● Maintaining weekly report.● Manpower planning.● To coordinate with the Fulfillment team for the proper procurement of order items. ● Coordinate with the supporting departments like CRM, Accounts.● Maintain a complete database of customers order in a tracker. ● Keeping Tracks of average delivery cost.
