I had the privilege of completing one year of apprenticeship training at NSPCL Bhilai in 2021. I worked as a senior technician under the Mechanical Maintenance Department under the guidance of ADM, but after completing my 6 month apprenticeship, I got a chance to join Infosys, so I left the training in between.I gained a lot of knowledge during my training at NSPCL, such as the significance of maintenance and its various types, team management, and the significance of permits.My attention was focused on the TMD and BOP of the plant.
