Handling under my guidance >120 people portfolio Capacity which includes TLs, SMEs & Telesales executive and with them i am managing multiple LOB/Projects for Dhani like onboarding of customers, Subscriptions, Transactions & collections.▪ In on-boarding of customer in Dhani App by completing their KYC, convince them to buy subscriptions from Dhani & provide them soft loan which then can utilize by doing transactions with this App.▪ Have also managed the collection to recover the soft loan amount from the customers.

Telesales team with >55 capacity which includes TLs & Telesales executive.▪ Monitor Conversation through Lead Tracking and share feedback on area of improvement.▪ Drive metrics and responsible for KPI improvement through handling team of entire allocated team’s.▪ Developed all process control’s and metrics for daily management of the Branch Operations.▪ Maintain Customer Relationship and provide best solution according to the customer need .▪ The CSR created scheduled meeting with field sales executive.▪ Filed sales Team shows the property to the customer according their need and did the sales.

- Taking care of Term Insurance sales in Canara HSBC OBC Life Insurance .- Help to increase sales by new strategies.- Generated reports of findings to help management with making key decisions- Tracked and analyzed reports to determine where improvements in business could be made- Evaluated performance and policies against metrics.

- Manage the inbound process and team members to ensure all KPI's and targets are achieved- Performance management including maintain AHT, RTM and coaching.- Manage a team of approx. 15 to 18 Customer Sales Representatives and ensure that all key metrics of performance .- Ensure to achieve daily sales target.
