I am part of Global Indirect Procurement Team currently acting as a Global Sourcing Manager to not only manage Contingent workforce related programs e.g. MSP, Temp Personnel etc. but also act as Global Category Manager for commodities under People & professional services like HR Services & goods, Recruitment related services, Payroll services, Outplacement services etc.Recently ran Global RFP's in MSP space to drive change within organisation and to take internal program to next level comprising of MSP solutions, Resource Tracking, Services Procurement, Direct Sourcing, Payrolling etc.Manage global MSP and Beeline as the VMS and contingent life cycle management platform technology to represent single point of contact .Primary focus is to be solution provider to internal business and stakeholders to formulate industry best strategy to address contingent workforce needs, assist them in identifying right approach along with sourcing leads to get best out of suppliers. Planning, executing, managing and governing all the contingent workforce strategies, initiatives and programs for India, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Austria. Supplier governance, risk and control management, working on always improving overall process and experience of internal stakeholders and suppliers are some major responsibilities. Develop strategies to broaden the MSP scope to all contingent staff categories. I manage global countries and engage and interact with Global stakeholders on daily basis. Few countries on my portfolio where engagement is maximum - Netherlands, US, Germany, India, Czech Republic etc.

Vice President - Strategy, Sourcing & Execution - Country Lead India & APAC for Contingent Workforce Program. Manage global MSP and Beeline as the VMS and contingent life cycle management platform technology to represent single point of contact .Primary focus is to be solution provider to internal business and stakeholders to formulate industry best strategy to address contingent workforce needs, assist them in identifying right approach along with sourcing leads to get best out of suppliers. Working with all divisions and functions to formulate comprehensive, service based forward looking view of all contingent resources. Partner with divisions for capacity planning exercise on global level , work with divisions for workforce management activities like effective forecasting , space planning , service based strategies etc.Planning, executing, managing and governing all the contingent workforce strategies, initiatives and programs for India. Optimize lifecycle management of all contingent resources under one platform mitigating operational risks and maximize the output.Also, as India lead for contingent workforce desk responsible for assisting all internal stakeholders in effectively managing complete lifecycle of contingent workforce including consultants, managed services, managed capacity, outsourced etc. Supplier governance, risk and control management, working on always improving overall process and experience of internal stakeholders and suppliers are some major responsibilities. Scope covers regional temp/contractor solutions including oversight for all MSP, Master Vendor and VMS arrangements. Develop strategies to broaden the MSP scope to all contingent staff categories. In collaboration with Regional Recruiting Leads, work with senior business stakeholders to manage demand for contingent labour through the model. Apply rigorous Vendor Management methodologies across the region ensuring performance, risk and cost are managed appropriately.
