Great West being a new organization in India, Great west deals with US retirement market. As a Sr Process Specialist, I work under benefits team, Benefits team deals with analysing and approving transactions which include money taken out of an individual retirement plan. It includes various transactions like In-service withdrawal, withdrawal after separation from employment, Hardship, Loans etc. These requests are requested by the customers and should be handled in a timely manner. Job Responsibilities: • I have been in the migration team from the start of the organization, we had just 60 employees when the company started in June 2015. Currently there are 840 employees in the company.• Being a part of the migration team, I travelled to Canada and handled the migration process and have been successful in setting up the process in India.• This is a very critical and risky process as it needs immediate attention due to market fluctuation. And also, it is very much important to meet the customer satisfaction.• As a SME and Trainer of the tram. I have trained more than 40 new hires till now in my team.• I have been successful in learning the process, understand the market and also helping the team in all the doubts and training needed.• Also as a trainer I mentor the new hires and try to fill the training gaps between tenured admins.• I take up one on one with the admins and try to understand there need and help them in improving their skills.• I also take care of the productivity and quality report of the team and also create Procedural documents for the team.

As a CSA we are the face of Fidelity for the clients/customers. Any information or money coming inside or going out of Fidelity is through CSA. I was a part of migration team. We used to audit the information coming in and going out of fidelity. We see to that there is no errors in the work flow and the client’s investments are in the right direction. We see to that the client is satisfied with the services offered by Fidelity and is happy with the investments.
