As a part of Global Innovation Program from last 2 years, I have worked on various innovative concepts such as extension mobility, alternate access, birds eye, android app development and extranet resouce optimization.I was the project manager for roll out of Flexible Workspaces in VTV Building. Cost savings of 1000 K$ annually. We changed the way offices will run in future.I worked on Data collection and Metric Analysis for Extranet sites of Cisco specifically presented areas to optimize costs without significant loss over productivity.I was responsible for roll out and completion of the new Finger print reader Special Project. Using the tool saves a person 3 man days a year.Vendor Management for HRIT. Helped in reducing backlog from 272 cases to 71. Coordinating with the Zensar team in Pune.Worked on providing inputs for Bird’s Eye Application, a part of Smart connected communities at Cisco. The Bird's Eye is an internal Cisco application that improves efficiency by helping one book cubes, cabins, find people, restrooms, coffee machines, shortest paths and much more to play around.
