I am a fresh graduate professional who strongly believes that employees are the lifeblood of any business and for them to thrive, a business must foster cultures. Thus, my enthusiasm for human resources led me to become an HR professional. With over 2 years of experience as a business partner at HighRadius Technologies, I have gained a considerable amount of understanding about HR processes and acquired skills to enhance the employee experience by creating flourishing workplace cultures. I find myself fortunate enough to get mentored and report directly to the head of the People & Culture department at HighRadius which has helped me to upscale a lot of my qualities. Thanks to my Creativity and Observation skills, I was given the responsibility to drive numerous Employee Engagement and Employer branding projects both at national and global levels. In addition to this, I contribute to nurturing young interns every year.When I’m not at work, I enjoy music, hiking, and camping. My keen interest towards designing helps me in making creatives, which has also been a hobby since my childhood days. My passion for learning and gaining new experiences has always given me the upper hand. I am a very accessible person who believes in living life to the fullest through hard work and zeal.
