1) Planning/scheduling of Project commissioning execution.2) Responsible for pre commissioning activities, day to day site commissioning works, resolve the site issues related to commissioning and system handing over.3) Ensures to have 8 weeks look ahead schedule of works, arrange resources required to perform at site and making sure required documents and approved drawings are available to the site teams.4) Liaisons with Customers/Clients/Consultant/Contractors to obtain the necessary approvals.5) Attending progress meeting with Clients/Consultant/Regulatory authorities, and to take care of company's interest in all respects.6) Leads the commissioning team to achieve the department and company objectives.7) Optimizes the utilization of material by preventing material wastage, proper storage of material and finding ways to cut cost and time on site and preparing reports on any shortage to Management.8) Provide technical support to field technicians and perform hands on testing of BMS panels and field devices.

Checking for correct operation of all equipment in locations that include BMS control of systems Monitoring the operation and adjusting variable as required to ensure systems are operating correctly within the parameters Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise anytime related to BMS Communicating all emergency maintenance required and taking action in writing to the Maintenance Manager Complying to company policies and procedures at all times and ensuring building standards and efficiencies are maintained Maintaining up-to-date and accurate emergency contact information and regularly reviewing the procedures for emergencies and fire safety Preparing daily/weekly/monthly PPM Schedule and report for reactive maintenance of BMS systems Monitoring and recording values of different system to build up database of records to provide data for energy efficiency improvements Troubleshooting & rectifying faults for Access Control, Fire System as well as BMS System

•BMS Commissioning Engineer for all HVAC systems, AHU`s, MAU`s, CHWP`s, FCU`s, VAV, NPW, DCW.•Integration of Solar panels (PV Systems), Lighting Control, Energy meters, VFD`s, Generator & UPS systems, ATS.•Design, Programming & Graphics of all the above HVAC systems.•Efficient Handling of the project ensuring progress by co-ordination with all contractors and third parties for completion of the project within the timeframe
