CurrentIndependently handle Statutory Audits and Quarterly Limited Reviews for all clients of the firm. Clients include globally listed companies, multinationals, Indian private companies and Trusts. Lead teams for assignments in independent financial control reviews.Areas of work comprise of:• Assurance Services. Independently handle statutory external and internal assurance engagements for all corporate clients of the firm. Audit clients include global logistic companies, public sector banks, international patent consultants, financial intermediaries and real estate developers.• Business Consultancy Services. Lead and manage teams for assignments in Due Diligence, Project Reports, and Transaction Advice in takeovers and successions.• Tax Consultancy. Handle tax advisory and compliance service for clients with specialization in taxation of expats, foreign entities and other areas of international taxation, including compliance with transfer pricing provisions under Indian laws.• Business valuation. A registered independent valuer in securities and financial assets. Handled valuation engagements in a variety of contexts ranging from fair value accounting, regulatory requirements, fresh issue of capital, business acquisitions, mergers, demergers and spin offs to swaps and ESOP arrangements. INR 750 Cr total valuation assignments handled.Key accomplishments include: (a) Successfully established a business consulting division for the firm over the last 7 years that now contributes about 33% to the firm’s total revenue. (b) Attracted several new clients and increased the service portfolio of existing clients resulting in an overall increase in revenue by 25%. (c) Successfully handled some marque projects such as setting up of Indian liaison offices for a top-200 global-ranked bank and helping a multinational shipping company having US$ 2Billion+ revenues set up a JV in India.
