• Identify and develop partners/suppliers of Opex goods and services• Close coordination with key internal stake holders to ensure right choice of Partners• compare and select partners providing materials as per defined quality standards at cost-effective rates• Visit the supplier premises to check & analyze their capacities & capabilities• Evaluate partner performance regularly• Develop and nurture business relationships with internal customers and partners across• Ensure compliance to agreed SLAs by vendors.• Facilitate in resolving any escalations of quality deviations in vendor performance if required• Ensure adherence to defined Supply Chain Policy/Process• Conduct timely renewal of all Rate Contracts• Evaluate required material in light of market availability, quality and commercial feasibility dimensions.• Develop cost benchmarks by checking rates given to other clients and competitors by vendors

• Monitoring and handling overall operation of logistics maintaining optimum inventory levels and ensuring adherence to servicing norms; looking after judicious space management and following up for timely delivery of material.• Maintaining documentation for incoming shipments & outgoing delivery. Involved in capacity planning, budget management and reporting.• Tracking the movement of consignments right from pick up until delivery at the destination point that includes tracking of Material, monitoring movement of transport vehicle and Surveying Route.• Responsible for raising the request for Indent creation, tracking the payment of Transportation and Supply invoices and also following up with Finance for payment.• Creating & Maintaining Various Tracker/Dashboard related to Inventory Management using Oracle 11i Express Edition.• Implementing operating policies & guidelines ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day operations and to increase operational efficiency and productivity.

• Processing all Tower companies Rent & Energy payment.• Processing all rent and Electricity payment (Offices, M SC's, Owned Sites) of Mobility and Broadband & Telemedia.• Certification of Rent invoices of Tower Companies.• Managing the data of Sites, creating and updating the site details in System.• Releasing Service Order for sharing new Sites and managing the data.
