With over twelve years of experience in software engineering, I have developed a passion for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that solve complex business problems and deliver value to customers. I have led and built teams and products at scale, handling millions of active users and creating applications and ecosystems from scratch on AWS platform.Currently, I am the AVP of Engineering at Zuno General Insurance, where I am building the next generation insurance experience with cutting-edge technologies and agile methodologies. I am responsible for ensuring product stability, reliability, and scalability, as well as managing, mentoring, training, and hiring the engineering team. I also work closely with the CTO, other department stakeholders, and external partners to align the product roadmap and technical strategy. I enjoy working in a challenging and fast-paced environment, and I am always eager to learn and explore new fields of engineering and innovation.
