Participates in the development and preparation of short/long-term plans & budgets them based upon the organizational goals/objectives. Development and installation of process oriented "procedures and controls" to promote communication and adequate information flow. MIS & Evaluates results of overall operations regularly and systematically, reports a briefing of these results to the CMD. Insures that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local, state, and central regulations and laws governing business operations.

Create end-to-end network solution document-design (both High level & Low level) for 2G/2.SG & 3G clients. Prepare and conduct a technical product presentation with the clients (operators), and resolve their technical queries. Handle and debug technical faults by analyzing and troubleshooting them before final Acceptance Testing till final handover to the OAM team or ELS. Conduct presentations for team training and competence development purposes, national or international level via Centra Sessions.
