Role: NOC EngineerResponsibilities:Responsible for ensuring maximum uptime for Windows & Linux Servers, Network devices and meeting SLA timelines.Experience with using Monitoring Tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds and working with concerned teams.Responsible for Patch management of Client Virtual Machines.Investigating and responding to problems regarding network devices.Responsible for 1st level of troubleshooting for the incidents and escalating the same to the next level with the findings.Coordinates with ISP engineers regarding issues with the internet linksMonitoring network performance and bandwidth utilization using monitoring tools like MRTG, Solarwinds.Monitoring network health by checking the devices utilization, load etc.Performs real time monitoring, Security incident handling, Reporting escalations of security events from multiple log sources like Alienvault, Niksun, Redcanary, GFI, Darktrace.Provides incident response when analysis confirms actionable incident.Experience on ticketing tools like ServiceNow & One Console.Monitoring and managing backup exec (Symantec/Veritas).Experience on cloud services such as Microsoft Azure & Amazon Web Services (AWS).
