Handled Scrum Master engagement in T-Mobile for the E-Service Transformation project. Project goal was to convert existing T-Mobile web platform to a flexible, reliable, cloud-based platform. Served as Project Manager and Scrum Master for a geographically diverse team located throughout the U.S. and Asia. Managed experiences across multiple partner brands including Walmart, Target, and Univision, as well as integration with Motion Point and Medio. Received “Excellence Award” from T-Mobile for the efforts in the project, especially being involved in the delivery of committed features from multiple teams.
