I have a BBM degree from Gulbarga University, where I learned the fundamentals of business administration and management. In my current role, I handle the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and exit formalities. I also conduct regular meetings, evaluations, and employee improvement plans. I have led the organization of various corporate events, such as rewards and recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives. I am passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment for everyone. Before joining Sphinix, I worked as an Area Manager at Nestaway, a home rental platform. There, I was responsible for acquiring new properties, communicating with landlords, and dealing with tenants. I also had experience in sales and cafe management, where I developed my skills in customer service, communication, and kitchen management. I enjoy taking on new challenges and learning new skills.
