Prepare employee Master database on regular basis. Inform employee’s additional benefits they are eligible for (eg extra vacation days). Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status. Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions with salary records. Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization. Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation. Issue Appointment and Offer Letter to the employees. Taking care of Background Verification of all the new joinees and existing ones if needed. Prepare the data of Absconding employees on daily basis and share the same with the operation team. Taking care of the attendance of employees from operation team to close the payroll in timely manner. Maintain the leave tracker of the employees

Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
