As a Solution Architect in the Solution Engineering team of Bentley, I am responsible for positioning Bentley's wide range of software solutions for multiple industries while maintaining focus on Project Delivery solutions. I am a subject matter expert for Construction and Transportation solutions in Bentley.

With this role, I moved to ConstructHelix, a new group focused on growing Construction business in India. As part of this shift, I was assigned a leadership position within ConstructHelix, responsible for managing a team of construction consultants. As a technical leader, I was responsible for the following activities:1. Create and execute initiatives to increase lead generation2. Work with Sales team to provide pre-sales support like conducting discovery sessions, defining value propositions, demonstrating the solution, writing proposals3. Work with Marketing team to provide support for marketing initiatives, provide product documentations and videos for creating market awareness, attend events and conduct webinars to promote Construction solution4. Provide Implementation and Training Services as part of Solution deployment. This involved working with the account to understand their as-is process and mapping Bentley solution to create a solution design for successful adoption.5. Providing Product support to existing accounts and address any challenge faced by the accounts6. User success activities for key accounts to ensure better adoption, provide consultation for business challenges and act as a trusted advisor7. Work with Product Management to provide user feedback and issues, enhancement requests, defects and brainstorm with the Product team to define the future roadmap.8. Develop a partner ecosystem to improve the outreach for Bentley's Construction Solution and to provide custom services to accounts

As a Technical Business Development Manager, my key responsibilities were:1. Reach out to new accounts in Transportation Industry by generating and qualifying leads2. I worked as an Application Engineer, promoting Bentley's Civil Solutions. As a Civil AE, I was responsible for:1. Working with Sales team to support pre-sales activities like doing discovery calls, product demonstrations, responding to RFPs, conducting tech days2. Working with Channel partner network to conduct joint events, work on opportunities, enable the partner to position Bentley solution3. Providing Post-Sales training and project handholding services to our accounts4. Working with marketing team to attend events, webinars and SIGs5. Act as trusted advisor to key accounts

I worked as a Civil Design Engineer in Infrastructure Business Unit. As a design engineer I was mainly responsible for Road Design, Quantity Estimation, Traffic surveys, Transportation planning, Project Reports and GFC drawings, managing client expectations and conducting regular meetings with them. Working with the Infrastructure business unit, I have had the opportunity to experience different types of Infrastructure projects like Highways, Townships, SmartCity, AMRUT missions. I also got the opportunity to lead technology adoption initiatives in TCE.

Right from the first day of my training I learned to read Architect's & RCC Drawings in detail and tried to check the same at site.I learned full procedure of fixing steel, shuttering and casting of all available RCC structure on site.We observed waterproofing work on site wherever it was executed and learned its importance.I checked curing, shuttering, alignment of columns, starters etc.I tried to help seniors in calculations of Quantities.
