• Performed 70 simulations on a prototype wing using ANSYS Fluent to analyze the variation in aerodynamic efficiency by varying the angle of attack (AOA), and angles of symmetric features.• Prepared Team reports and discussed the causes of efficiency increase of up to 5% in relation to variance in parameters.• Evaluated best conditions for the prototype and its features by visualizing the effect of alpha and beta.

• Designed a CAD model of a space-frame Chassis and performed structural analysis on the Chassis using SolidWorks to configure the impacts of a frontal load collision.• Assigned multiple materials to the modeled chassis and observed a difference in the displacement of 3mm for the frontal impact tests.• Effectuated simulations to calculate the effects of the steer, bump, and roll motion on the steering and suspension parameters such as caster, camber, and toe using Lotus Shark.• Simulated the effect of inlet velocity on an imported car geometry using ANSYS Fluent and analyzed the results.

• Gained knowledge regarding Hybrid and Electrical Vehicles and the different components involved in their working process.• Modeled and assembled the various components of a Radial V6 Engine using Autodesk Inventor.• Drafted 2D drawing sheets for all components in the engine using GD&T.

•Manually measured the dimensions of a fixture and drafted a CAD model of the same using Solidworks.•Performed harmonic response analysis on the CAD model using Ansys Workbench in order to compute the free-free natural frequency of the fixture. •Carried out Impact hammer test on the physical model of the fixture to record the natural frequency range and validated the numerical analysis with the experimentaldata
