I determine Deltanow’s vision and create synergies with people and partners in order to achieve our ever evolving ambitious vision.

I managed the software development life cycles (SDLCs) of new subsystems of one of Alcove Partners’ products (InterviewBuddy) while setting up a new technology team locally in Visakhapatnam.

I worked with the upper management at the company to strategize and execute Caarya’s vision optimally within new and existing partner colleges.

I facilitated the conduct of all design & development activities related to upskilling & freelance work for intern candidates from the Visakhapatnam region.

I set up and managed Fountane Clubs in GITAM Deemed To Be University by working closely with the upper management until its metamorphosis into Caarya Innovations Pvt. Ltd., carrying on Fountane Clubs' vision of creating a sustainable and passionate network of students pursuing their higher education discovering careers by working with the industry early on.

I was the Project Manager for an in-house project called Fountane HR involving interns from various colleges (incl. GITAM, BITS - HYD, Goa, Pilani and IIIT Bangalore) during my tenure as a summer intern.
