PlenSat is a medical device company developing and commercializing a digestible balloon technology for obesity control.• Worked with the Chief Executive Officer on developing the business plan and investor presentation to secure a bridge to the Series A round.• Presented the investment opportunity to over 50 potential investors in US, Asia, and LATAM.• Strategized early licensing and marketing partnerships for both human and canine obesity control products - negotiated a technology transfer deal with a Mexican company for manufacturing the technology in Mexico for LATAM market.• Partnered with clinical sites for performing human studies with ERB approved protocols.• Identified key opinion leaders to serve as business, medical and scientific advisors to the company's management.

Navya is a biotechnology company that develops, and commercializes novel proprietary polyhydroxy fullerenes (PHF) to non-invasively image and destroy solid tumors.• Performed extensive technology due diligence; and licensed an exclusive option to the technology from University of Florida.• Created the five year corporate business plan and the investor presentation, and raised $50k in seed capital through friends and family.• Worked with the GatorNest program at UF to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the market.• Recruited the Chief Executive Officer and built a scientific and clinical advisory board.• Developed the clinical roadmap and the framework of IND filing.
