My friends call me "The People guy". I will get the work done unless and until it is done done, that's what is special about me.I love working as a team but at the same time I value working alone in your private space when required (That's when an individual contributes the most). I believe that to any organization its people are its most valuable resources. I love to connect with new people (preferably in the real world) and build/maintain the relationship, after all we can reach unreachable places with the help of synergy of people around us.Presently I am working as Chief of Staff to Chief Innovation officer/Executive Director at Techno India Group, previously as a Product Manager, in Budweiser, where we were digitally transforming the world's largest Beer company (Sounds cool right? ;) ).During my college days at IIT Kharagpur (2016-21) : I have hustled throughout. Apart from maintaining a decent CGPA of 8.19/10 in the Department of Economics, I have also managed to complete my specialization in Entrepreneurship and Innovation with a GPA of 9.0/10 (I know someday I will be an Entrepreneur, may be not now :P).I took up responsibility as the General Secretary of the Technology Students' Gymkhana, where I proactively worked with my team (80 people) to fight against the stigma around mental health, our little efforts have made thousands of campus residents smile and stay happy, we have saved lives together and taught my juniors how they can continue the legacy which we created.I was a Placecom in my pre-final year, where we broke all the past records and achieved highest ever placement and internship offers at IIT KGP (even among all IITs). How could we not? We had the best team!I had been active in Dramatics, Elocution, Sports and campus politics(very interesting) during my school and college days.I have excelled in HULT Prize, Kshitij B-Plan and Myntra Hackathon where we proposed an end-to-end functional business model.I have interned with an Ed-tech startup as a Chief of staff in the founder's office, at AB InBev as an Analytics & Automation expert, at Tata Research Design and Development Center as a Financial Researcher, at OYO as an Operations consultant, at Decorazzi Paints in the MD's office and at Reliance as a Business development intern.I was fortunate enough to be in one of the best schools of Calcutta where I believe all started from. I was the Blue house captain (Winning the inter house championship both the years).I was born and brought up in Kolkata - The City of Joy, I wish to make my family feel proud of me always.
