Establish effective recruiting programs and strategies for a continuous pipeline of drivers for current and future openings.Correspond with management and clients on recruiting needs and progress.Liaison between candidates and clientsMaintaining and building rapports to clearly identify and understand hiring needs in order to successfully fill all job openings while providing excellent customer service at all timesConduct market analysis for transportation industryGather and assess data and formulate reports and wage surveys for various fields and areasExtend employment application to applicants and maintain applicant data in recruiting databasePhone screen and/or conduct in person interviews to qualify candidatesWork with Transportation companies to coordinate orientation and on site training. Responsible for continuous business development and sustaining existing business clients. Oversee payroll, AP/AR process.

Coordinate full lifecycle recruiting, including: advertising, pre-screen calls, on-site interviews, background/qualification verification, coordinating pre-employment testing and review required candidate documentation.• Respond to telephone and written enquiries from applicants, candidates and the general public regarding personnel matters. • Assist with the coordination of new-hire training.• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to create candidate pipeline to meet frontline hiring needs.• Present fully-screened/qualified candidates to hiring managers with summary of pertinent candidate information.• Supervise associates with counseling and appropriate disciplinary action to correct performance problems, and when necessary, terminates unsatisfactory associates.• Responsible for maintaining and creating all employee files. Responsible for researching and resolving all employee enquiries related to HR.
