I am a Junior Consultant at Etio, a leading provider of software and services to the education sector. I joined the Surveys and Benchmarking team in February 2024, where I leverage my data and project analytics skills to deliver insights and solutions to clients across various industries. I have a PRINCE2 Agile Foundation certification in project management, which helps me to manage complex and dynamic projects with agility and efficiency.Before joining Etio, I worked in the healthcare sector for over three years, supporting the immunisation regional and national teams at NHS South, Central and West CSUs. I created Excel dashboards and PowerPoint visualisations using data analysis and SQL language, and presented findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders. I started as a Band 5 System Support Specialist in March 2022 and progressed to a Band 7 Project Delivery Lead in July 2022, demonstrating my ability to deliver results, meet KPI targets, and lead change initiatives. I also have a BA Hons degree in Business Management with a specialization in HRM, which gives me a solid foundation in business processes and human resources practices.
