Abi is passionate about using business as a force for good. With over 18 years of experience at EY, Abi is outcome driven and has a proven track record of designing and delivering on strategic Corporate Responsibility initiatives and, previously, commercial client work. Abi has worked in EY’s Global Corporate Responsibility Team in a variety of strategic roles for over 10 years. Most recently, she has been instrumental in designing and implementing a portfolio of Women in AI and Emerging Tech initiatives, including the EY STEM App, which aims to empower the next generation of girls to pursue a career in STEM, through gamified learning. In addition, Abi has established EY’s global approach to disaster response and has extensive experience of working with impact entrepreneurs, supporting them to overcome barriers to growth and advance progress towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Prior to joining the Global Corporate Responsibility Team, Abi worked as a Management Consultant and Auditor. Abi is a chartered accountant, received a Masters in Health Care Ethics and Law and an LLB in Law.
