I am a senior risk and governance sense maker with a mission to un-complicate and de-mystify the dark arts of risk and governance, with thoughtful and kind leadership, enabling others to be the best they can be and make sound risk based decisions.I ask the ‘why’ at all stages - I'm curious and like to challenge the status-quo to produce better business outcomes. I have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience of developing and embedding risk and control assessment, framework building and influencing the evolution of risk management. Quality assurance, coaching and catching whatever might be thrown at me next... I'm currently looking for a senior risk position where I can continue to contribute to the bigger picture, be commercially and strategically minded, whilst enabling risk owners to manage their risk profile effectively and efficiently.
