I currently lead the Individual Supporters & Events team at The Prince’s Trust – with the specific remit of increasing long-term unrestricted income via a new mass fundraising programme across Individual Giving, Legacies and Events.Prior to joining The Trust, I spent 16 years working at agencies specialising in fundraising, brand & marketing within the charity sector and worked with many diverse organisations to develop integrated fundraising strategies, successful individual giving programmes and target-beating campaigns. I am proud to be recognised by my team as being an effective and kind leader; encouraging them to flourish in their careers, as well as motivating them to achieve the results and high standards I expect of myself and others. My experience spans a range of disciplines including brand development; audience insight; individual giving acquisition, retention and loyalty programmes; supporter journey and proposition development; and leadership giving programme development.
