I have significant experience of managing litigation in the Employment Tribunal concerning discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract and unfair dismissal.I also advise on day-to-day employment issues (such as complex disciplinary and grievance matters, individual and collective redundancy exercises and issues surrounding poor performance, absence management and the Equality Act 2010) and assist corporate clients in negotiating and drafting contracts of employment, handbook policy documents and settlement agreements.
