Invitrometrix develops and manufactures a multi-well whole-cell quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) biosensor for the pharmaceutical and research industry. Our device makes real-time quantitative measurements of phenotypic changes. The Invitrometrix QCM detects measurable changes in cellular biomechanics: attachment, mass redistribution, and viscoelasticity.• Lead the strategic planning and technology-validating collaborations for product development at Invitrometrix• Pioneered hepatotoxicity testing of novel drug delivery mechanisms using polymeric and lipid-based nanoparticles,• Led the development of a co-culture of primary hepatic cells and extracellular matrix for hepatotoxicity testing for more accurate toxicity testing of candidate molecules.• Develop 3D cell culture & matrix liver models for mechanism of action testing of novel molecules and delivery methods developed by partner institutions• Represented Invitrometrix in all external communications, presentations, and media activities• Developed a QC methodology for primary cell lines.• Developed experimental protocols and statements of work for clients, ensuring clarity and accurate deliverables.• Successfully launched the first commercial four-well QCM device, Discovery-Q, in February 2021.

Spearheaded R&D operations at Onco Filtration, driving the development of Onco Capture™, a revolutionary system for filtering tumor cells from blood.• Implemented best practices across all operations, ensuring data quality, clinical assurance, and adherence to SOPs for effective immuno-oncology diagnostic device creation.• Facilitate the completion of multidisciplinary research projects in collaboration with the engineering department.• Oversee and assist in the design of clinical trials with collaborating hospitals, submit and defend IRBs. Oversee the implementation of the clinical trials according to FDA and institution cGMP regulations, and adherence to ethical and clinical regulatory bodies.• Investigate and adopt new technologies and procedures to be used in novel SOPs and translate them to the clinical lab LDT test.• Work closely with the VP of Clinical Compliance and Clinical Operations to build and set up the CLIA clinical lab. Assemble a team to complete proficiency testing and clinical validation at the clinical lab.• Acted as Technical Consultant for the establishment of CLIA LDT laboratory. Oversaw laboratory construction, start of operations, SOP implementation, and compliance adherence for LDT test processing• Advise company leadership in scientific matters, clinical trial regulation/matters, and clinical operation regulation/matters• Developed a novel seven-antibody immune fluorescent multiplexing protocol (spatial biology) to diagnose Circulating tumor Cell (CTC) cancer and direct treatment options.
