With over 30 years of work experience, I am a transformational coach, a pastor, and a human capital development practitioner who fosters personal growth by creating space for infinite possibilities. My mission is to facilitate inspiring conversations for transformational outcomes in many areas of endeavor across professional tribes, cultures, and nations. I am a Ph.D. holder in Innovative Urban Leadership at Bakke Graduate University, where I explore the role of the Church in the city, the intersection of faith, work, and city transformation.As an ordained pastor at The Redeemed Christian Church of God, I have devoted my life to discipleship as a basis for leadership development in Nigeria, Canada, the Caribbean islands, and the United States. I have served in various pastoral care settings, leadership roles, professional training and coaching, international church planting missions, and congregational ministry. I have also authored several books on Church and society, Faith and Work integration, spirituality, and personal development. I leverage my skills in human capital development, transformational life coaching, and non-profit management to empower individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential.
