CurrentThe HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. This role involves managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Administrator ensures smooth HR operations and enhances the employee experience.Recruitment and Onboarding: - Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. - Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire paperwork. - Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all onboarding processes are completed.Employee Records Management: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical and digital formats.Update HR databases with new hire information, changes in employment status, and other relevant data.Benefits Administration: - Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. - Coordinate with benefits providers and ensure timely processing of benefits-related documents.HR Support: - Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. - Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. - Provide administrative support for performance management processes and employee development programs.Payroll Assistance: - Support the payroll process by ensuring timely and accurate submission of employee data. - Assist with payroll-related inquiries and issue resolution.Employee Relations: - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution. - Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.General Administrative Duties: - Manage HR department's correspondence and communication.
