Senior Manager Revenue & Collection Multan
Current- Ensure timely, complete and accurate billing of all revenue streams of PTCL- Multan Region.
- Ensure timely and accurate printing of customer bills and its delivery to customer through efficient means.
- Analyze & monitor regional billing and revenue targets, prepare reconciliation of working connections in switch and billing; and take corrective measures.
- To effectively implement credit monitoring policy of PTCL to ensure 100% collection of billing. Moreover, carry out reconciliation with the banks. Also responsible to reduce bad debt.
- Lead retention teams of the region. Also device ways and means to enhance retention and reduce churn of the customer.
- Deal customer billing complaints and adjust all the undue charges billed to the customer. Also device ways to avoid such occurrences in future.
