Review incident and accident reports and update safety targets to specify the acceptable level of safety based on the latest incident. Analyze the impacts of the safety procedures and the safety reports on the Company such as down-time due to safety inspections and frequency of incidents based on the incident logs and update strategy to meet the goals of the Department, Conduct investigation of accidents relating to occupational hazards using Department’s policies and procedures.
