• Perform inspection of various operations activities and of supplier produced parts.
• Recommends and leads efforts for establishing and sustaining supplier improvement processes.
• Generates reports of conditions found during inspection activities, notifies Supplier Quality management and internal customers as requested of significant problems, and completes documentation necessary to attest to.

• Assist the QA/QC Manager in developing, directing and managing the implementation of the QMS, EMS and OHSAS that ensure reliable, safe and effective services for COMPANY in order to pave the way for the achievement and.
• Liaise with Compliance and Risk Management function in establishing an Internal IMS Audit process in order to monitor compliance with company procedures and set into motion corrective action plans.
• Ensure documentation of policies, standards, procedures and manuals for reference and implementation across the company.
• Coordinate the process of new or revised procedures issuance ensuring consistency with quality management system requirements.
• Provide support to departmental Incharges for defining their department objectives and monitoring those objectives in quarterly departmental audits.
• Develop Monthly Executive Report on Quality and business excellence by collecting data from departments/Projects to ensure regular reporting and feedback.

Working as a Quality Assurance Officer I was responsible to To identify and developing the processes after discussion with department incharges and document them for the effective implementation of Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2007 and OHSAS 18001:2007). Plan and conduct audits and circulate audit summary reports. Maintain records.

• Develop plan and documents procedures required for ISO 9001:2000 (Quality), ISO 14001:2000 (Environment), OHSAS 18001:1999, implementation, assist Pre-Audit Gap Analysis, Pre-Audit and Post-Audit follow-up, Coordinates.
• Record, distribute and collate documentation using the appropriate systems and as per the quality management system.
• Report to Senior Management on the performance of the Integrated Management System and any need for improvement. Develops a formal reporting system to communicate results of project or audit activities to management.
• Provide an auditable trail of incoming and outgoing documentation using the organizational procedures and systems.
• Convert and maintain key documents into native files & replacing outdated copy documents with latest updates.
• Control issue & return of such documents & provide updating and storage in Integrated Management System.

Working on a 300 kilometer Road Construction Project, I was responsible forNumbering the new documents according to project specified project numbering scheme.Proper document archiving for easy retrieval.Maintaining record of all company corresponding with clients and concerned authorities.Maintaining records of approved method statements and Quality Plan.
