- Providing Support for third party GLP consultants on forensic review activity.- Providing adequate IT support & Other Support related to analytical instruments / Equipment's software's.- Prepare & maintain inventory list of GxP systems as per computerized system life cycle management SOP.- Preform & Execute preventive maintenance of GxP Servers and workstations as per SOP.- Active Directory and User Management.- Monitoring & Maintaining the Network infrastructure and Servers.- Configuration and Troubleshooting of Network Devices (Switches, Routers, Wireless Controller and Access Point).- Upgrading IOS on Cisco devices.- Design & Implement New IT infrastructure as and when required.- Technical support to IT Infrastructure / End Users.- Data Backup and Restore Management.- Configuring automated backup for laboratory servers & clients.- Leading major Changes/Activities during MDT (Maintenance Down Time).- Troubleshoot and solve critical incidents within SLA time.- Ability to troubleshoot problems and uncover root causes.- Co-ordinate and communication with Service providers / Vendor.
