Pmo Team Lead
Current* Leading PMO department and end-to-end responsible for complete PO issuance, acceptance & documentation process starting from PO issuance till invoice submission for all customers (Huawei, Nokia, ZTE, Ericsson, , Tawal, PTCL, PMCL, PTML, CMPak, Telenor, H3C, USF, Engro) against all turnkey and non-turnkey projects.* Optimization of monthly revenue process includes revenue recognition, reconciliation and recording in SAP (B-1).* End-to-End support and solution in conversion of revenue into account receivables.* Mapping of received POs with onsite activities and booking them in SAP after reconciliation.* Review and rectify the project delivery reports received from technical teams and compile them is customer’s desired format to get the acceptance of work done.* Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports of all the activities including project milestone completionReports.* Monthly presentation of summarized reports to CEO and CFO for on-going and projects.* Tracking & clearance of long-term pending POs from customer.* Manage day to day issues through regular interaction with customer, project delivery teams and finance.* Contributing skills and efforts in sales and operations team’s domain to increase the inflows at maximum level.* Supporting delivery and operations teams with proven techniques to tackle with delivery audit from customer to minimize the penalties and deductions as much as low.* Floating of daily, weekly and monthly plans to achieve milestones.* Dashboard reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis for comprehensive visibility helps to achieve project milestones.* Coordination with different customer departments for ongoing business support e.g. PMO, finance, PR/PO, delivery operations Etc.* Internal control, self-audit and regular evaluation of concerned customer group for risk assessment.* Handle and resolve the issues of subcontractors/vendors regarding POs, invoices and payments and maintain all the records for B2B payments.
