Deliver projects on time/cost/meet customer expectations.• Track commitments by Company personnel, sub-contractors, other project contractors, and customers that affect the success of the Company.• Generate and document timely commitment reminders to those who must meet the commitments and solicits documented responses.• Gather, confirm and use the proper Project Engineering documents, drawings, etc. related to assigned projects.• Coordinate new product introduction with global supply chain personnel to insure timely availability of materials, prototypes, and pre-production hardware up to and including transition to mass production.• Guide the Project Team/s in the proper activation, testing and completion of assigned tasks.• Review the quality of work on all projects and take corrective action, as appropriate.

Manage Full Turnkey Project including Planning / design / procurement & Execution

• Provide Business Development and Client Engagement strategy to capture new projects and clients and services nationwide, including design-build opportunities.• Provide leadership in the pursuit, capture, and delivery of all types of Infra structures (bridge / Highway / Flyover / Metro Rail and Heavy Weight Commercial Construction) development of country.• Maintain awareness of industry developments, funding, legislation, competitor actions, and client initiatives that will impact business. Use this to develop short term and long-term strategies.• Build and maintain effective and enduring relationships across AML offices and external organizations and potential teaming partners to foster cooperation and workshare across relevant fields, including with the design-build community.• Provide technical advice and guidance to staff; provide technical credibility to AML clients and stakeholders• Ensure awareness of health and safety in all aspects of design and operations• Monitor QA/QC procedures and client requirements for Quality in coordination with the appropriate members of the quality team• Implement innovative solutions and undertake quality assurance reviews for projects. Assist in the development of firm-wide talent through coaching and mentoring and identification of technical resources within area of subject matter expertise• Coordinate technical requirements of Bridge and other heavy structures with Bridge engineers, structural engineers, and architects.• Performing studies and developing cost estimates for new Bridges / Flyover / Metro Rail / Airport Runway / High Rise building and structure installations and rehabilitation options for existing ones.• Assisting with business development and project proposal efforts.• Maintain International Joint Venture Coordination / collaboration to run all JV Project. • International Standard Bidding Document preparation / participation & Execution.
