Roles & Responsibilities:Collection portfolio management:● Daily analysis and follow up on delinquent balances to make sure there is no impact on cash flow and the portfolio remains current. ● Reconciliation: Timely account re-conciliation of open line items to identify refund and offset opportunities and take respective actions accordingly to keep the customer accounts up to date.● Working closely with cash apps team to make sure all customer payments are applied accurately and timely. ● Following up with customers for no remit cases to ensure payments are applied in a time bound manner and simultaneously reducing the un-applied cash balances.● Work strategically to ensure monthly SLAs and KPIs are met for my portfolio.Customer engagement: Regular and pro active customer connects through calls and emails to make sure that customer issue snad queries are resolved on time, so as to deliver the customer service delight Dispute management:Working with different internal teams and customers to provide end to end resolution of customer dispute claims and eventually removing the road blocks affecting the cash flow.Stake holder management:Weekly / Bi Weekly / Monthy / Adhoc AR cadence calls with respective business units to discuss and deliberate open business challenges and drive resolutions.Communication:Reporting out status of my AR portfolio to the management and leadership.ERP / tools skill set:SAP / S4 Hana / Salesforce / DART / Docushare

Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data.● Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits.● Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.● Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.● Ensuring monthly statements are sent to customers.● Proper follow up with the customers for past due invoices on emails and calls.● Research on disputed invoices to give final resolution to the customer in a time bound manner.● Highlighting the defaulting customers to the credit team to put the order on hold if the customer does not reply within 90 days.● Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.● Working closely with client, supervisor and Quality team to streamline the processHorizontal Domain:● Training new joiners giving them notes and taking their Viva test.● Auditing for the entire team and sending reports on a daily basis.● Handling escalations for the team.● Work allocation and sending daily attendance and reports to work force management.
