    • Characterized Electrostatic Static Discharge (ESD) protection device for an ESD event such Transmission Line Pulse (TLP), and Human Body Model (HBM).• Implemented TLP and HBM models in simulations using Cadence Spectre by IBM-PDK.• Celestron 1 was used to conduct testing for these models on the structure built on the test wafers.• Tested system RF behavior to ensure integrity of the received signal and no unintended effect added due to protection circuit.• RF analysis, Large Signal and Small signal were done in Advanced Design System (ADS) for consideration of nonlinearity of the device and results were verified with data experimentally obtained from Murray Microwave Network Analyzer. • Discrepancies for RF analyses are further explored in terms of network intrinsic and extrinsic parasitic couplings, modeling of Buried Oxide Capacitance and geometrical asymmetries.• Prepared test report and briefed internal and external stakeholders.
