• Provided support to multiple Navy weapon systems including RADARS and Laser system for safety and quality assurance.• Explored Hazard Element (HE), Initiating Mechanism (IM), and Target/Threat (T/T) of hazard triangle for all hazards for identification and elimination process. • Reviewed design documentation including but not limited to System Subsystem Specification (SSS), Interface Requirement Specification (IRS), System Requirement Specification (SRS), Interface Design Development (IDD), and Software Design Development (SDD) to implement safety in the design of the system.• Conducted software safety analyses including Functional Hazard Analysis (FHA), System Hazard Analysis (SHA), Subsystem Hazard Analysis (SSHA) and System Requirement Hazard Analysis to find out software design deficiencies and implement a number of mitigations to make software very robust and potentially save hundreds of thousands of dollars that could cost in fixings later on.• Provided software safety support through manual analyses and static code analyses tools and software bench test for software robustness and elimination of unintended and potentially harmful functionality.• Worked with software design team in parallel to find out missing requirements, add and remove requirements as necessary from the safety prospective. • Prepared & reviewed Test plan and procedure to ensure all safety requirements are adequately covered and mapped to the test procedure and written test procedure to cover NO-GO path for the safety critical requirements.• Supported IV&V testing and conducted safety specific testing.• Ensured to have a Trouble Report (TR) for any failed safety requirement.• Represented as system safety to NOSSA for system software safety certification process.

• Characterized Electrostatic Static Discharge (ESD) protection device for an ESD event such Transmission Line Pulse (TLP), and Human Body Model (HBM).• Implemented TLP and HBM models in simulations using Cadence Spectre by IBM-PDK.• Celestron 1 was used to conduct testing for these models on the structure built on the test wafers.• Tested system RF behavior to ensure integrity of the received signal and no unintended effect added due to protection circuit.• RF analysis, Large Signal and Small signal were done in Advanced Design System (ADS) for consideration of nonlinearity of the device and results were verified with data experimentally obtained from Murray Microwave Network Analyzer. • Discrepancies for RF analyses are further explored in terms of network intrinsic and extrinsic parasitic couplings, modeling of Buried Oxide Capacitance and geometrical asymmetries.• Prepared test report and briefed internal and external stakeholders.

• Provided technical and mechanical support for Avionics Systems in the Navy H-60 Seahawk Helicopter.• Updated the technical documentation for the several upgrades within Seahawk system.• Tested and Troubleshoot Avionics Equipment on the H60 Navy Helicopter.• Helped Senior Avionics Engineers in Engineering Investigations (EIs) read and understand helicopter schematics. • Tested and troubleshoot the Blade fold System to figure out system failure cause.
