• Finalization of accounts of all group Balance Sheets.• Compiling all related companies and client portfolio’s records in accounting books and accounting software.• Preparing Invoices, Purchase Orders, Printing Cheques, Drafting letters, Bank applications and other documents.• Following all the accounts receivables and accounts payables.• Handling and Depositing PDC’s as per the due dates.• All accounts related work i.e; making JV, PV, RV and Petty cash.• Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements for all accounts.• Preparing petty cash statements and statements for office credit cards.• Maintaining all the records and filing as per the company policies.• Assisting internal audit and supporting auditors with the external audit process.• Preparing the monthly and annual reports for clients and management.• Support in bank or loan related requirement handling.

Analyze statistical data, such as mortality, accident, sickness, disability, and retirement rates and construct probability tables to forecast risk and liability for payment of future benefits. May ascertain premium rates required and cash reserves necessary to ensure payment of future benefits.

 Maintaining Database for high potential clients. Meeting prospective clients to get data about their financial resources and discuss any existing coverage. Explain the features of various policies as per the requirement of client. Analyse clients’ current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes. Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients. Follow up for policy renewals. Guiding policyholders to settle claims. Maintaining relationship with existing and prospective clients. Keeping ourselves up to date with new rules and products in industry.
