Deputy to Ashghal Quality Assurance Manager.Undertake Quality Audits for assessing the implementation of Quality Management System by the Design Consultants, Supervision Consultants and Contractors, as per the Audit Programme.Performs reviews of Contractor and Consultant QA/QC Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, and other Project QA/QC Documents in accordance in accordance with ISO 9001.Quality Surveillance Checks on the ongoing Excavation, Earthworks, Embankment & Slope Verifications, Asphalt Laying, Core Selection & Laboratory Testing, Utilities and Building Works.Plan and lead (as necessary), assessment visits/audits to suppliers and sub-contractors.Provide input, support the subcontractor/supplier evaluation processes, and monitor subcontractor/supplier performance through Continual Improvement process.Undertake awareness training in the project Quality Management System, procedures and applications and ensure that all internal and external project staff trained in accordance with their duties.Assist to manage operations management systems in PMC on an ongoing basisAssist in the development of operations QA/QC policies and procedures and ensure that project contract requirements are in line with PMC’s Quality requirements, objectives and systems.Develop project specific QA/QC procedures, templates, metrics and checklists.
