Presently I have been assigned to the above Project to work as Store Incharge, where I am executing the following Jobs:Check Shipments when they arrive to ensure that Orders have been filled correctly.Applying the procedure of Aramco’s in Handling, Storage & Preservation of Materials for approval.Thoroughly go through the Technical Specification of the Materials for both the Projects as per Saudi Aramco Engineering Procedures.Coordinating with the Engineering and QA/QC Department Personals depending on the client requirement.Handling all the Project related Materials required for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Communication for BUCO & SAAC from Procurement Tracking Sheet (PTS). Level – 0 Material; Level – 1 and Level – 3 Materials. Familiar with the Materials required for :

Worked as Storekeeper. Check the materials in and out. Checking the Stock, Stacking of Materials, Labeling & Numbering the Materials, classification of materials, Issuing the Purchase Orders.  Receives and inspects all incoming and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and track damages and discrepancies on orders received. Determine if inventory Quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary. Issue Materials only in Required Quantities against Authorized Requisition Notes / Materials Lists. Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential files. Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials. Maintains the stores area in a neat and orderly manner and control over all activities in Store. Prepare Quotations, Purchase Orders for different Suppliers. Coordinate with the suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.  Prepare the forms and formats for Incoming & Outgoing materials, Material Issue Requisite Forms, Stock level reports, Inventory, Daily, Weekly and Monthly Consumption & Replenishment report. Answers to questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus items. Determine and check the book balances with the actual physical stock at frequent
