Collaborated with management and business stakeholders to identify and implement changes to systems, areas for improvement and processes to increase efficiency. Conduct planning, prioritization, requirements and benefits elicitation workshops. Performing detailed stakeholder analysis to identify impacted teams and individuals on projects; determine how the project is going to impact them and work with the project team to manage the impacts and communication back. Prepare, schedule and conduct meetings between enterprise business, technical resources and multiple end users in developing best practices for product demonstrations. Gap Analysis of existing documents against specific requirements. Apply project management methodologies including project plans, risk mitigation, issue tracking and communication plans. Work closely with product owners, coordinating product backlog grooming and story estimation, scoping and estimating project efforts, identifying risks and recommending mitigation measures. Elicit, and gather, business requirements from subject matter experts and then writing user stories in SERVICENOW using Confluence for a detailed and more complete understanding of project deliverables.  Assist the design team with prototyping, database modelling and testing team in creating test plans, writing their test cases and managing defects.
