Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, financial and other reports.Analyze tax records and conduct special, routine and/or field investigations including audits, to determine that taxpayers are complying with filing and payment requirements of the City Income Tax Ordinance.Analyze statistical data, report and other information related to the income tax laws and procedures.Maintain high level of confidentiality.With great accuracy, process cash receipting transactions of public funds payable to the City including all taxes, licenses, fines, utility payments, intergovernmental revenues, and special assessments; provides a receipt to every customer.Reconciles cash receipting transactions at the end of each the day and preparesProvides information over the counter, telephone, mail and email to the public as necessary.Operates standard office equipment including a computer terminal for the purpose of entering and retrieving data.Perform various other related duties as required.

•Manage office communication by answering incoming calls, forwarding calls, receiving messages, and monitoring voicemails.•Assist with generating statistical reports and records related to business activity as required Maintain proper handling and filing of all sensitive material and records through the observation of the operation's established internal controls • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing by collecting, verifying attendance and hours worked, invoicing, and other similar tasks as needed.
