Finance related Tasko Preparation of daily cash flow statement.o Ensure best financial control over the expenses of different Projects.o Generate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.o Managed the Green star Social Marketing logistics unite. o Ensure internal audits.o Assets procurement and internal reporting.o Ensure best possible use of staff and resources under his activities.o Ensure systematic documentation & proper file work of all projects activities expenses.o Preparation of bank reconciliation statements of different accounts. o Provide Logistic Support to Field Staff and static clinics.Administrative related Taskso Preparing transportation schedule. Travel and stay arrangements for all the staff between different offices of North Region, in consultation with Manager Operation. o Checking of log books maintained by drivers on Weekly basis.o Maintenance of vehicle record, reporting in case of accident.o Procurement of office equipment, stationery and supplies and maintaining office files.o Ensuring compliance of procedures set in the Fixed Asset Manual while movement or disposal of asset.o Preparation of Fixed Asset and control assets registers. Along with keeping in record tag forms, photocopies of invoices, disposal forms and technical reports of assets while in case of disposal reporting to management.o Maintain clean and pest-free storing conditions.o Ensure good warehousing practices.o Sign waybills of received and dispatched cargo.o Deliver goods on request against official and approved documentation

Job Responsibilities:o Accounts Payable: Preparation of Payment Vouchers, Negotiation with Vendors and Reconciliation of Company and Party's Ledgers.o Accounts Receivable: Preparation of cash receipt vouchers, keeping record of PDC, Verification of invoices, Requisitions and Maintenance of General Ledger.o Bank Reconciliations:  Preparation of monthly Bank reconciliations and posting Adjusting entries for discrepancies. Dealings with banks for issues related to cheques / cash deposits. o Petty Cash Management: Providing safe and secure storage of the cash fund Keeping each fund separate from other funds or accounts Maintaining proper documentation.o Billing and Invoicing Submission: Customers billing and cash receipts processing. Making sure that invoices are submitted to customer for timely payment processing Management of outstanding invoices, and direct interfacing with customers on collection matters and dispute resolutiono Supervision : Responsible for supervision of different stores which are Raw Material Store Packing Material Store Finished Goods storeo Stock Taking / Liaison with Auditor: Taking stock for annual audit and coordinating with auditors at the time of Audit
