Working on transforming Telco and IT clouds , defining solution strategy for data centre migration and cloud transformation.

Develop Business development plan for both Alcatel-Lucent and its customers ( Telecom and Video service operators) who are venturing into new areas of Video and CDN services. Work towards accomplishment of the plan and create new avenues to success.

As a Senior Technical Specialist , my role and responsibility is ensuring System integrity , customer requirement analysis , resource mapping , decision analysis of Technical solutions , Effort figuring , Fire fighting complicated problems in End-To-End solutions testing and finally most importantly mentoring experts , guiding them .

Alcatel Lucent Technical Academy is a academy of Technical experts , typically chosen with a application process out of Organisation of Alcatel Lucent .It is a group of 500+ members with different experience , expertise , technical/academic background , and age and job role who have given exceptional contribution to business to Alcatel-Lucent through their technical excellence .The role of the academy member is a to be a thinktank in facilitating Internal/Networking i, knowledge sharing , Innovation etc.

As a Team leader , my role and responsibility is to manage / coordniate a team of 10 /11 engineers . Working as technical lead , mentor for the team in their project activities . Corordinating as a HR Leg to the Engineer's concerns .Atleast 4 times a year doing performance management of the Engineers to give them constant feedback .
