Responsible for the planning of long hemming, Cutting, Stitching till Container Gate out as per customers protocols and also strong coordination with marketing team for proper follow up of Orders and to make sure on time deliveries of all customers.Like Target, JC Penny, STC,FDS, Primark, Walmart Asda, El corta, Beirholm, Ellos, Casino, Dunn's (Turner Bianca), kaufland.Responsible to Plan stitching after weaving & processing till shipment as per their leadtime.Close corresponding with Weaving , Dyeing, Accessories, Central cutting , Stitching &FG till order shipment.Load balancing department wise as well as on their online software.Maintain daily order status department wise with proper reconciliations.Responsible to arrange vehicles and ex-mill shipments on time.Maintain daily stitching report along with departmental efficiency.Maintain the record of short shipment with proper justification.Responsible for maximum utilization of left over inventory in upcoming orders.Responsible to attend PP meetings of new orders.Strong follow up of each order with production teams in case of any delay at any point.Strong coordination with marketing team about running orders and their commitments.Best planning to secure shipments and meet timelines of shipments which is committedwith marketing merchandisers.Strong coordination with Weaving & Dyeing teams to feed cutting as per set plan.Directly reported to top management.
